Sunscreen
As I was telling a friend just now, if you haven't heard Sunscreen by Baz Luhrmann, do not delay this vital part of your education any further. The song has the potential of being the mantra for your life, well, not in the "Monk who got a good deal for his bashed up Ferrari" kind of way, but just listen to it.
My favorite line from the song is:
"Don’t feel guilty if you don’t know what you want to do with your life…the most interesting people I know didn’t know at 22 what they wanted to do with their lives, some of the most interesting 40 year olds I know still don’t."
Current favorite, though, for obvious reasons, is:
"You are not as fat as you imagine."
Trust me, on the Sunscreen!

Have you read the sunscreen speech? It made the rounds on email and was attributed (wrongly) to Kurt Vonnegut - I read it in an old issue of the Readers Digest. It's (of course) available online - try this link http://www.rogerknapp.com/inspire/graduation.htm
The song is a rendition of the speech you mention. As much as the speech itself, the beauty is in the rendering of it.
